My name is Doumbia Ayouba, a pretty calm person by nature. Unfortunately or maybe not (I guess we never know), I do everything to do as little as possible, and that's what led me to software.
I love having this magic at my fingertips.
In this highly connected 21st century, I have big data as another string to my bow.

Data Scientist
L'Identité Numérique - La Poste (Cybersecurity division)
Alongside my Master's Degree at ESGI in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data specialization, I worked on a user behavior anomaly detection system, applying machine learning on logs, and building internal and private data interfaces.
I joined the DevOps team in my second year where I built data pipelines and helped integrate security into existing DevOps processes.
2023 — 2024
Business Intelligence & API Developer

During my Bachelor's degree at ESGI, I had the opportunity to work as an apprentice at the Eiffel Tower Operating Company, where I contributed to various projects related to data analysis, extracting insights from data, building dynamic reports, and REST API development.

I completed two internships during BTS SIO, which stands for "Brevet de Technicien Supérieur – Services Informatiques aux Organisations." It's a two-year post-secondary degree in computer science.
At Jumbo Pneus, I assisted in managing online services, provided technical support to clients, and learned about object-oriented programming.
At CMBZ Consulting, I learned a lot about advanced web development, such as using frameworks, writing tests, and documentation. I worked on both frontend and backend tasks.

Featured Projects
A curated selection of projects I built because I wanted to see them work. This section gets updated as they reach a state I'm proud of.
Real-time semantic segmentation for autonomous driving. I took a pretrained BiSeNetV2 model, optimized and exported it to ONNX to cut inference latency, then built an OpenCV app to run it at 30 FPS. Connected it to my phone to stream live footage from the road and overlay color masks in real time.
Sign language to text translation using a DETR-based detection model. I built and annotated the dataset myself, trained the model from scratch and reached over 80% accuracy per sign on live camera feed.
Voice-enabled semantic search over Quran verses. Speak a query, Whisper transcribes it, embeddings are computed and Qdrant retrieves the closest verses by meaning rather than exact keywords.
iOS implementation of Bobail, a two-player African board game. Built with SwiftUI as a way to explore mobile development outside my usual stack.
